This project depicts a fully fabricated, scaled down version of Bloob Bench. The main material interest for this project was to explore the intersection of two materials with contrasting properties; cement - an extractive, heavy material made of  hard rock, and recycled plastic - a synthetic, light weight material. The composition of the bench thus demands a marriage between one material that speaks to the urban, and another, that speaks to waste from the urban.
